Debbie Williams is a friend of Rubie Curl-Pinkins and Nikki Curl with Moratorium NOW!.[1] Moratorium NOW! formed in the spring of 2008 to fight for the passage of Senate Bill 1306, now numbered SB 29, "which would stop all mortgage foreclosures and evictions for two years."[2]
