Christopher Alston

Christopher Alston (1913 - 1995) took part in the Ford Hunger March of 1932. He was an organizer for Congress for Industrial Organizations of tobacco workers in Virginia. He was an organizer of the Ford UAW Local 600 as well as an organizer of support for the people of Haiti "fighting for democracy".

Christopher Alston Memorial

In May 1995 the Communist Party USA Newspaper, People's Weekly World published a memorial to Christopher Alston. It was endorsed by several signatories, mainly identified members of the Michigan Communist Party USA.[1]
